Roadmap: Hop on the Candy Train

I hope this finds you well.

After weeks at the drawing board, discussing with partners, private investors and OGs. We came up with this Roadmap:

HALLOWEEN.

Our roadmap is not just one word, but it is just one date you need to remember: Halloween 31.10.2022.

We will make it a halloween night to remember. It will be in the history books of Cronos Chain for generations to come.

We will launch the NFTs, the DEX & the P2E mobile game that same night.

The Bored Candy NFT collection — 31.10

10.000 Bored Candy Citizens will take Cronos Chain by storm on halloween night, you won’t know what to do with them because that same night you can:

• Stake them in candycity.finance to earn $CANDY tokens
• Stake them in the game to earn 25% of ALL game revenue
• Use them in the game to double your earnings (details below)

Those are just the initial utilities you will have ON MINT DAY. More utility will come later such as:

• Earn a different share of game revenue by rarity rank
• Boost farm rewards
• Use the character’s special ability in game (ex: freeze timer, free additional moves, free bombs…)
• Lend your NFTs to other players for a fee

Mint details will be published later, just know that we will have whitelist spots with a discounted price & even free mints to giveaway.

The mint will start a few days before October 31st and end by halloween night.

The plan is to supplement the initial liquidity from the NFT mint.

While we wait for the liquidity. We’re developing new features to have an even more complete product on halloween night.

The Bored Candy Match P2E mobile game — 31.10

If you’ve read through our medium or have listened to me in one of the many AMAs, you know this is the real utility for us.

This is where we start earning revenue and unleash the full potential of the DEX + NFT + Game ecosystem.

We were going to take our time with this one. But I convinced the team to do it in less than 30 days. We will have to work day & night & weekends.

We will also probably need to hire help to make it happen this fast. But you will play the first version of the game on halloween night. You will:

• Play the 1000 levels of puzzles for free
• Pay $CANDY to play and earn more $CANDY
• Deposit & withdraw $CANDY from you wallet to your in-game wallet
• Use $CANDY in the game shop to buy: 10 seconds timers, 5 additional moves packs, boosters, bombs…

This first version game mechanic will be simple but highly rewarding:

You choose to bet a fixed amount of $CANDY for a puzzle, a multiplier is fixed and if you complete the puzzle you earn your initial bet X multiplier.

Here’s an example: I bet 1 $CANDY for an easy puzzle, the multiplier is x3, if I complete the puzzle I earn 1x3 = 3 $CANDY.

The multipliers will be initially fixed depending on the difficulty of the puzzle. the more a puzzle is difficult the higher is the multiplier.

NFT holders get a kick: all multipliers are doubled if you hold the NFT while playing.

In future game versions, we will introduce:

• One on one online multiplayer: fastest wins, less moves wins, biggest score wins
• Dynamic multiplier: the multiplier will increase or decrease during the game: decrease if you use a booster for example, increase if you finish earlier or have left over moves
• Special ability boosters for NFT characters, another kick for NFT holders, these boosters will not decrease the multipliers
• Lend/rent NFTs for a fee to none holders to help them complete difficult levels
• Buy $CANDY using credit card directly in-game (for none crypto players)
• Stake $CANDY directly in-game (for none crypto players)

We will have NFT sneak peaks and game screenshots for you very soon to show you the progress we’re making.

According to this plan, $CANDY token will be directly released at market price on halloween night. And none of you will be able to invest earlier.

But while discussing these plans with OGs, they raised a valid point. Many of you would like the opportunity to get on $CANDY token before its public release.
