And it’s about this last part that I want to talk to you today. Your Candy City DEX is unlike any other, even if it can resemble some.
It has the lowest fees in cronos chain at 0.15% & ALL of it is distributed back to you:
0.10% to liquidity providers & 0.05% to buy back to form protocol owned liquidity.
The DEX will go live with many earning opportunities, farms:
CANDY-CRO / CANDY-USDT / CANDY-USDC / CRO-USDC
A WCRO single staking pool.
Auto-compounding CANDY vault and CANDY locking vaults from 1 week to 1 year.
For all of these, we have decided to start emissions at an extremely sensible rate.
At first we were going to do like all other DEXs and start with an insane emission rate to get insanely unsustainable APRs.
And until the last moment after many discussions with community members, private investors, presale investors, NFT holders and the team, we came up with the conclusion that we are not like all other DEXs.
We are starting with all the utility from day 1. We will only keep making it better from here. So why would we flood the market with CANDY that would only hurt our community’s holdings.
We will set our emissions at 3 CANDY per block for the first day then 2 CANDY per block the second day and forever after.
With this linear emission rate, we make sure that our token is deflationary & that the revenues we are making from mobile game ads and in-app purchases are benefiting everyone in our ecosystem.
Because if you think about it, would you rather earn 1 candy token that is worth 1$ or earn 1000 candy tokens that are worth 1$?
These emissions do not include the 10k Candy per day for NFT staking. Which makes total emissions 55k CANDY first day then 40k CANDY forever after.
